It all started when

Anita Arkutu obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Davidson College and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt Law School.  She obtained her legal licence in Maryland and Washington, DC in 2004 and joined the Ghana Bar Association in 2013.

Being passionate about real estate, she secured her broker’s license with the State of Maryland, U.S.A. in 2006 and joined ReMax Realty and Keller Williams Realty as a broker.  She relocated to Ghana in 2011 to run Blackwell Realty Limited. In 2014, she set up Vera Causa Realty, a real estate development company and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

The word “no” has absolutely no place in any business that caters to discerning clients.  That has always been my personal belief and therefore, a huge source of frustration in our local real estate market.  A client must be listened to, and must be catered to.  We must try our absolute best and be willing to step out of our comfort zone to address clients’ needs.
I was driven to set up a business where we say yes, where we find a new way to do the same old things, where we put in a bit more effort and resources to give a client the “yes” they need!  It’s a simple dream, and with the birth of Vera Causa Realty, we’re saying YES!
